Nurses, it is all about how you frame the day. That’s right… this next guest is going to share with you her approach to starting her shift, working with her teammates, and teaching brand new nurses how to love the profession of nursing.

A few take aways from our interview with Nurse Mo, BSN, RN, CCRN include:
  • How helping the team out can increase your confidence as a nurse;
  • What approaching the day with curiosity can do for your nursing career;
  • And why compression socks are the best investment to a successful shift!

    I’ve been a nurse for seven years: 3 yrs as an LPN and 4 yrs as an RN and I have been offered a CardioVascular RN position at my hospital of choice. I’m thrilled and nervous about this new opportunity. I just listened to your podcast for the first time and I’m challenged to start every day knowing that something good is going to happen during the shift, that I will learn something new, and that I have helped someone. Thanks a million. Nurse Nancy, Columbus, OH
