Our next guest shared an extremely fun, energizing, and upbeat interview. I really enjoyed the laid back nature of our conversation and found myself laughing a lot. While this is one of the newer nurses we’ve had on the show, we can learn a lot from her wisdom, life experience, and expertise.
A few take aways from our interview with Brittany:
- How being adaptable in the workplace can help a busy nurse thrive;
- What the cardiac ICU patient population taught this nurse about health promotion;
- And why not getting into graduate school on the first try taught her about giving it your all!
Brittany Stone, MSN(c), BSN, RN, CCRN has been a registered nurse for 5 years and is currently in graduate school to become an acute care nurse practitioner. Brittany runs the blog #Nurselyfe (nurselyfe.wordpress.com) where she blends her knowledge in nursing and healthy living to help nurses care for themselves while caring for others. You can find out more and connect with Brittany on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
