Jacqueline Ramsey was struggling with chronic pain from a herniated disc in her neck when she decided in October of 2006 to start a daily routine of self-Reiki. Five months later she had her first pain free hour in three and a half years. She hasn’t looked back since!
Nikki Ward began her Reiki training in 2009 & her professional practice in 2011. She offers treatments & teaches two traditional Reiki styles, a westernized Takata style & non-westernized, Jikiden Reiki. She also teaches the Simple, Easy, Every Day MeditationTM Method (mindfulness-based meditation practices), both online & locally in the Washington, DC area.
I had the pleasure and honor of meeting these two empowering ladies at the 2013 Mid-Atlantic Reiki Conference. I was a speaker on the healthcare professional panel for Reiki Practice. It was an energizing and inspiring event. Because of the wonderful success, Jacqueline and Nikki are hosting their 2nd Annual Mid-Atlantic Reiki Conference this November.
I am extremely excited to have them both on the Reiki Radio show. The interview is going to be loads of fun, while highly informative as well. Each of these women has an inspiring story with Reiki Practice and their dedication to getting Reiki out there in a really great way is wonderful.
We will touch on themes such as:
- Starting a professional Reiki Practice;
- Getting Reiki out there and accepted in the broader community;
- Speaking to and presenting on Reiki Practice in a variety of settings and avenues;
- And much, much more!
Be sure to tune into Reiki Radio live (or catch the replay) by clicking here. Jacqueline and Nikki join Reiki Radio on Monday, October 27 at 6 pm Eastern. Don’t miss it!
