Yoga Stretches for Upper Extremity Healing

In this practice, we focus on the upper body.

Stretches are targeted at the upper extremities, neck, shoulders, and back. If you’ve had elbow surgery and are recovering, this yoga practice can complement your conventional care. After surgery, it’s good to get the elbow joint moving and stretching in functional ways.
