I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 25 years. I know Tracey and NEVER have I met a nurse who cares more about the patients than anything else; she works double shifts when a facility is short, she does the work of a nurse’s aide if they’re short. No job is too big or too small when it comes to patient care. She not only maintains healthcare for her patients but also maintains emotional care, comfort and dignity for the patient. She also includes and informs the family in the patient’s care and progress. She has always believed she was put on the earth to be a nurse and I couldn’t agree more!
