Nurses Who Stay Positively Present Reach Outstanding Career Goals

Nursing certainly is the entry into a lot of variety and opportunity. This next guest, who’s been a nurse for a shorter amount of time than some, already has her eye on the prize for future nursing goals.

A few take aways from our interview with Nicole Hamel BS, RN include:
  • How an interaction with one little girl can change a life forever;
  • What it means to provide an atmosphere of peace during all of life;
  • And why staying positive in the present impacts your future nursing career!

Nicole Hamel BS, RN is a nurse on a Cardiac telemetry unit. Nursing did not come at a young age and she decided nursing was her stepping stone when her life was changed by a 6 year-old-girl in the Philippines.

Nicole is also an avid hiker and performer on the side. You can find out more and connect with Nicole via Instagram.

    I just listened to the podcast. Nicole, my message to you is that your outlook topped off with your passion and the stepping stones you took to get to where you are in nursing, and in what one of my uncles would refer to as spiritual growth, the whole mix is distinctly inspiring especially when it comes to goals I have when it comes to the foundation of my career and the blooming of my spiritual self.

    I loved how Nicole came to realize what she wanted to do…through being exposed to the lives of others less blessed than herself overseas. She learned to look outside of her familiar world for her own purpose in life.
