Here’s a quick yoga practice with modified warrior poses. As a person who’s had elbow surgery and went through a complicated recovery, I know we might not always be able to do a full yoga class as we’re healing.
Join us for a 15-minute yoga set, focusing on warrior poses. This video is specifically for those who have had elbow surgery and/or are recovering from complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) in the elbow.
