Put Yourself First for the Best Patient Outcomes

Jill Godby joins the #yournextshift #PodcastJill Godby graduated with her MSN from the University of Iowa in 2012.  She has worked in emergency, pediatrics, and is currently a nurse manager overseeing inpatient obstetrics.  Jill has a passion for family centered care and working together with patients and families for the best outcome for every patient, every time.

    As always I tend to thoroughly enjoy your Podcasts, our brains are compatible but wired entirely differently as my questions ould not have originated in the order they seem to for you, I’m not sure which of us that speaks well for if either! But as I said most enjoyable overall as an experience!
