Affirmations for Abundance

Affirmation. In Wikipedia it is stated that an affirmation is a declaration that something is true. What better way to embrace abundance and healthy living in your life?

Think of a statement, a thought, or a feeling you have about yourself. Many times they are judgments. “I am not pretty enough. Not smart enough. Not talented enough.” Bring up a judgment or criticism you may have about yourself.

Is there a way to turn this belief into an affirmation?

Let’s look at one as it pertains to abundance.

“I don’t make enough money.”

If you go around thinking, feeling, saying, writing, talking, and experiencing that energy- guess what? You don’t make enough money. Your thoughts become your words. Your words your actions. All of these: your beliefs.

You believe it to be true. And so you live as it is. It can turn into a vicious circle. If you’re not careful.

But let’s turn this around. Create a statement- an affirmation- that you can believe in, put to good use, experience in your life.

“I make all of the money I need in this world, and then some.”

Say it aloud. Write it down daily. Yes, at first this will sound like a lie. It will feel difficult to believe. It won’t ‘fit’. But after time, with practice, your affirmation becomes your experience.

If our thoughts and words become our experiences; notice- how are you choosing yours?

Are you affirming into your life negative, fearful, and unhappy things? Or are you affirming joy, peace, health, and abundance?

Observe your thoughts. Observe your words. Create some affirmations that work for you. Use them daily. Write them down and say them aloud. Bring what you want into your life today.

Please take a moment to share your affirmation below. I’d love to hear from you and have us all connected in this energy of affirming health into our world. Have a healthy day!

      Marti,
This is music to my ears. When you begin teaching others, that’s when you KNOW with absolute certainty your new behaviors have become routine. Great for you!!! I am so glad to hear this, for you and your family. And your daughters are always welcome to join us on a call, for the RC, or any other program! :- ) How fun, sharing all of the positivity with the family!
