Flowers from Creekside Hideaway

All things flowers! We’ve got 10 perennial gardens, over 2,200 square feet of annual flower fields, and herbs growing in every garden on the property. From wetland to woodland plants, full sun to part shade, and everything in between- we’re growing them here with love.

Getting flowers to you is truly a labor of love, as every step in the seeding, transplanting, and growing on is done by hand.

We start the seeds in our greenhouse. The annuals, herbs, and perennials are grown in our gardens at Creekside Hideaway.

Once the flowers are ready, we harvest and make the custom arrangements with care.

Hey there!

I’m Elizabeth Scala, and I live with my husband and two dogs along Deer Creek in Parkton, MD.

In addition to “flower grower,” I’m also a holistic nurse, certified coach, registered yoga instructor, reiki master, and qigong facilitator.

I’ve LOVED plants all my life! In high school I worked at a florist, a county park, and an apple orchard. More recently, I’ve worked at a nursery and volunteered at a local organic farm.

I’ve grown numerous perennial gardens, and even relocated lots of plants as we’ve moved throughout Harford & Baltimore counties. I love growing herbs, vegetables, and flowers.

I’ve created numerous perennial gardens on my property, as well as grow both annuals and herbs for the flowers.

Of course, I have floral arrangements on every table in my home! I’d love to help you with all your floral needs. Contact me to get started.
