by | Mar 16, 2015 | 0 comments

So when you read this blog post title, you may think to yourself: “Exactly! I’m a nurse. I work on my feet ALL day. Why do I need to exercise? Better yet, how do I exercise when I am so drained from a busy work day?

Great question- and you know what, I hear you. To be honest, sometimes I feel too tired to exercise. Sometimes I find myself avoiding it because I may not entirely enjoy it. Sometimes I say the same thing- ‘I do manual labor outside in my yard, so today I don’t need to exercise‘.

Well today’s video blog will answer some of these challenging questions for you. Click on the video below to learn one tip to encourage theĀ out-of-practice, ‘don’t like to do it’ exerciser in you.

So what do you think? Any increase in your desire to exercise? I know with the warmer weather coming up soon… I’ll be getting back into exercise-gear. That and I have noticed those feelings of tiredness, fatigue and general blah. I can’t wait to get back to the gym!

I’d love to hear from you. Go ahead and leave a comment, question or suggestion below. Thanks for watching and enjoy your health today!
