Thank you for the great and so very true reminder! It finally got through to THIS thick head during your last “Rejuvenation Collaboration” in the Fall when you spoke of similar matters. I now do my best to follow your advice and I believe it’s working as I’ve seen a change in the way my co-workers talk and act around me. It’s seems to make for a much lighter atmosphere and more cohesive and enjoyable workplace. It now has become more natural for me to be ME!
