End Healthcare Violence by Taking Action as a Nurse!

Nurses, it’s time to step up and take action. Rather than putting your head down or moaning and groaning about your issues- why not speak up as a way to get heard? This next guest speaks to going for goals- even when others put us down. She will definitely inspire you to take that step and make your next shift a reality!

A few take aways from our interview with Sheila Wilson MPH, BSN, RN include:
  • How you need to do what you want to do- no matter what other people say;
  • What looking into another person’s eyes can do for your nursing career;
  • And why believing in yourself is the very best way to take action!

Sheila Wilson joins the #yournextshift #PodcastSheila Wilson MPH, BSN, RN had been working in the hospital the last 17 years in the Emergency room.
