Give to your nursing career. Give more than you got and you will enjoy being a nurse professional. That is the mantra that this next inspiring next teaches us on the Your Next Shift podcast.

A few take aways from our interview with Sean include:

  • How giving more than you get is the way to success;
  • Why mentoring nurses is the best thing you can do for the profession of nursing;
  • And what installing a phone on your own can teach you about nursing!

    I enjoyed listening to Sean’s story. It is always interesting to hear that nursing is someone’s second or even third career choice. Isn’t there a saying, “Third time is a charm”? I also appreciate his perspective on failure as “Being able to do one more”.
