by | Nov 7, 2014 | 0 comments

Kathie Lipinski, RN, MSN, CH is a holistic nurse and certified hypnotist in private practice. She is a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, and Jikiden Reiki practitioner. Kathie has taught Reiki at various NYC hospitals, nursing schools and VA Center.  Kathie is also Certified in past life regression through Brian Weiss. Kathie has written many articles relating to Reiki, health and healing.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Kathie both ‘live’ and via the internet. I first found her when I was doing an extensive search of Reiki Research. Kathie was easy to find as she has written several articles on a variety of topics related to Reiki Practice. One of my favorite articles that Kathie has written, entitled ‘Reiki and the Helping Professions: Caring for yourself first’ can be found by clicking here.

In terms of ‘in person’, Kathie and I were both members of the healthcare panel at the 2013 Mid-Atlantic Reiki Conference. It was wonderful to learn of all of the work she has done to bring Reiki Practice to nurses and healthcare. Her passion and energy is contagious and I just knew I wanted to invite her to be on the show.

Kathie and I will touch on topics such as:

  • Reiki Practice with PTSD
  • Mini self-care sessions for nurses
  • How nursing can use Reiki on their units- and make it simple!
  • And much, much more.

Be sure to tune into Reiki Radio live (or catch the replay) by clicking here. Kathie joins Reiki Radio on Monday, November 10 at 6 pm Eastern.  Don’t miss it!
