No Time? Here’s One Secret for More Time for Yourself!

Ever feel like you can’t do all of the things you want to do? Hear yourself saying ‘I don’t have time; I’m just too busy for…’ How can you create more time for yourself? Here is one sure-fire secret to having more time to do the things you want and need to do.

    Similar to the timer technique – At work and at home I break my tasks into small segments that are easily achievable. For instance giving meds to 24 residents in the next hour can be overwhelming. BUT which 4 need them first? THAT I can do. Then take the next 4 etc. until everyone has their meds.
