Nurses, Envision the Solution to Your Problems
As nurses, we have many opportunities to fix problems. In fact, situations arise on close to a daily basis where we as the nurse must go into problem solving mode.
While this is wonderful and we as nurses take pride in our ability to solve the problem- there is a more productive, efficient, and even successful way to do this.
Pulling from concepts found in Nursing from Within, this video will introduce you to a visioning process that you can use as a new way to solve problems in nursing.
Check out this video below, and feel free to share with a co-worker or colleague!
Thanks for watching! Let’s hear from you. Have you ever used a visioning method to solve problems? How did it work for you and your situation? Share below so that we can hear some real world examples of putting this practice to work!
