Nursing, A Career That Opens Doors

Nurses, if you are feeling like a failure in some aspect of your nursing career you are on the path to success. That’s right- the first step to making any change is the awareness that you want or need something different. Just because you may feel like you are struggling now does not mean that you are a bad nurse. And this next interview will illustrate all of the ways that tapping into your unique strengths and gifts can make you the very best nurse.

A few take aways from our interview with Linda Scruggs RN, BSN include:
  • How nursing will always be there for you… no matter what job you find yourself in;
  • What not being super skilled in the physical aspects can teach you about your nursing career;
  • And why leaving the bedside may help you actually reach MORE of your patient population!
