Penelope Quest, MSc, BA, Cert.Ed, is an internationally renowned Reiki Master and Author who has been teaching workshops on healing, personal growth and spiritual development in Britain for more than twenty years.  She is the author of five best-selling award-winning books, including Reiki for Life, Self-Healing with Reiki, and The Reiki Manual.

Penelope has been a Reiki Master/Teacher since 1994, but she also trained in Reiki from the Japanese traditions and lineage in 2000, and did further training in 2003 to qualify as a Gendai Reiki-ho Shihan – someone entitled to teach all 3 levels of training in the Japanese system – Shoden, Okuden and Shinpiden.

I am SUPER excited to interview Penelope on Reiki Radio as I am a HUGE fan of her book, ‘Living the Reiki Way: Reiki Principles for Everyday Living‘. In fact, I have read it several times over and recommend it to the nurses I teach Reiki Practice to.
