If you’re looking to shake things up with respect to your nursing career, then this video blog is for you. Let me ask you this, have you found yourself bored, under-stimulated or no longer challenged by your nursing role? If you have a hint of a ‘yes’ to any of the above, then maybe you need to get out of your career rut.

In today’s video blog I share some knowledge taken from food ruts and apply it to our nursing practice.

I don’t know about you but when I find myself in a food rut I am much more likely to become lazy, eat out and make unhealthy choices when it comes to my nutrition.

Don’t let your nursing career stagnate in a rut. Watch this video for some potential ways to recharge that nursing battery.

I’d love to hear from you. Go ahead and leave a comment or question below. And sharing is caring, so feel free to use the social media buttons beneath this post. Enjoy the day.
